of the dentist, but Dr. Henry and our friendly staff will always make sure you

A Word from Our Dentist
My
father, Edward Henry DDS, started our practice in 1955 in Hopewell, VA. I
joined the practice in 1984 after graduating from dental school at the Medical
College of Virginia. Through the years we have added new innovations as they
became more prominent. We grow with technology while maintaining old-fashioned
values of caring for patients like they are our friends, keeping the personal
touch.
Appointments
If
you would like to make an appointment, please call our office at (804) 458-6020.
We value our patients' time and strive to be an “on-time” practice, beginning
appointments at the scheduled time. As a friendly reminder, we will always give
you a call or text the day before your appointment. If you are a new patient,
we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the appropriate paperwork.
The paperwork is also available on our website if you would like to
complete it prior to your visit.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we kindly ask for twenty-four hours' notice in order to avoid a cancellation fee, so that we may offer the appointment to another patient.
Insurance
We
accept most forms of dental insurance and are “in network” with many major
insurance companies. Please feel free to call us if you have questions about
your insurance coverage.
Financial
Your portion of payment is due at the time that services are rendered. As a courtesy, we will submit your insurance forms and apply for any reimbursement to your account balance, but you are ultimately responsible for any portion not covered by your insurance. We are happy to give you an estimate of any proposed treatments. Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
